The service includes:

• one-on-one transformative sessions with decision-makers to inform them about impactful ways of implementing sustainability management
• an Impact Report assessing current sustainability initiatives of the company and suggesting improvements

We curate sector-specific materiality assessment surveys for firms to enable the identification and analysis of stakeholders' expectations and perceptions.

This service includes:

• up to two stakeholder workshops where we engage the various parties to collect feedback
• Analysis and projection of the results on a 'materiality matrix', along with strategic level advisory for decision making. 

This is a special supply chain sustainability improvement service where we identify materiality in the supply chain and prepare a visual risk map using public ESG standards, SASB, and MSCI.
