Sustainability Training
Sustainability 101
An introductory course that covers the basics of sustainability, its meaning and how it relates to industry and business.
You will be familiarized with the concepts of
- sustainable development,
- the UN Sustainable Development Goals and their impact on your business,
- ESG (Environment, Social and Governance),
- CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), and
- Circular Economy.
The course stimulates intellectual dialogues where participants increase their awareness and involvement in sustainability. They also interactively develop a sustainability action plan relevant to their industries and positions.

Plastic Pollution Awareness
'The 8th continent'. This is how the media named the terrific pile of tonnes of plastic waste floating in our oceans. The catchy name got much attention at the time, but many individuals, companies, and governments still fail to take action against plastic pollution. Although the reasons are many and complex, the first step is quite obvious: raising awareness.
This course equips participants with the necessary knowledge to take action and advocate against global plastic pollution.
- Impacts of plastic pollution on the environment and human health
- Types of different plastics and their level of sustainability
- Refusing, reusing, recycling: meanings and practical aspects.
- Environmental advocacy for positive behavioural change
The course is finalised by developing a plastic phasing out strategy for individuals and/or organizations.

Sustainability Risk Mapping
A straight-to-the-point course for professionals looking to identify sustainability risks in their organizations and develop a strategy to address them properly.
Participants actively identify the materiality in a given organization and proceed to prepare a visual risk map using public ESG standards.

- Best practice case studies for sustainable supply chain management
- Developing a vendor policy for minimizing sustainability risks
The course is finalized by developing a framework for Supply Chain Sustainability Strategy.

Food Sustainability
An inspiring The Green Spoon special course where we share our expertise and passion for food sustainability.
Participants are informed about food sustainability issues from end-to-end:
- sustainable food systems
- environmental impacts of food processing
- supply chain and distribution sustainability

- packaging waste
- food waste
This course transforms the way food and food-related sustainability issues are perceived. It gives a perspective on how to take action at individual and organizational levels by highlighting best-practice examples.
